About

Welcome from Moss A. Jackson, PhD & Ken Lichtenstein

Moss JacksonFrom Moss: For over 30 years my colleagues and I have been helping people to succeed.

What have we learned so far? People have dreams & desires. Sometimes people run into obstacles. Some overcome these obstacles, Some get stuck and overwhelmed. Some give up. We coach people to:

• Succeed
• Be resilient
• Not give up
• Get back on track
• Have courage
• Get what they want

Moss A. Jackson, a clinical and organization psychologist who has been practicing in the field since 1972, wants to make one thing clear: success is not for the faint of heart.

Dr. Jackson specializes in two areas:

1. Psychotherapy and success coaching with adolescents and adults

2. Helping companies and organizations to create healthy and profitable partnerships, teams and successful relationships.

Over the past year, he has created Navigating For Success Workshops for adults, couples and adolescents.

Moss is an active and passionate Life Navigator who has no interest in retiring. In fact, he is currently working on his second book, “The Art of Navigating Partnerships.”

From Ken: Ken Lichtenstein has worked for 25 years in the area of people development. He is experienced in effectively developing leaders, teams, and organizational units. He has coached individual contributors, managers and executives.

Ken has delivered these services working in and consulting to well known companies (e.g., General Electric, Allstate Insurance) as well as smaller organizations, in a multitude of industries (e.g., Financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemical, retail). Ken also was closely involved in some of the GE’s cultural changes that have become a standard in U.S. business. He did that in his management capacity at GE’s corporate management institute and in a number of operating business positions.

Ken has successfully assisted companies from broadly changing their cultures, increasing team effectiveness, to coaching individuals to improve their work performance. He understands the challenges of business from the inside, having spent most of his career living day to day with critical business challenges. He has also gained a valuable marketplace perspective from consulting to multiple businesses.

Ken has earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, an MSS in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Drexel University, all in the greater Philadelphia area. Ken has also completed advanced coursework in Organizational Development and Human Resources at New York’s Columbia University, and has been a senior member in a national entrepreneurial/leadership community for 15 years, called AJInet. Community members fly from around the world to San Francisco to participate in the quarterly development conferences. Also, Ken is certified by New Field Network using their people development model.

Ken has a unique blend of academic credentials, and 25 years of experience, that enable him to do very effective work, drawing equally from the world of business and of behavioral sciences.
