Passion: Doing what you love

Posted by Moss under: Business .

Do you ever finish your day or week wondering what you really accomplished? How many times have you promised yourself you were going to do something you really wanted, only to find yourself distracted by something of less value?

Many years ago there was a study at Yale University about success and satisfaction. The questions had to do with what did the graduating students want to do with their lives and who would be successful. Thirty years later, the researchers followed up the graduating class to see what happened.

The results: the five percent who wrote their goals down, along with a plan were more successful than the other 95%.

Today, ask yourself these questions:

  1. What am I passionate about?
  2. What do I love about my life?
  3. What would I do if I had no fear of failing?

Success Navigators think about what’s important, create a plan and then take daily actions toward their goals.
