			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Some of you may not like this partnership requirement. However, its essential for others in the company to see how <strong>each partner excels at leadership</strong>.</p>
<p>There are three areas of superior leadership:</p>
<ol>
<li>Inspiration</li>
<li>Execution</li>
<li>Emotion</li>
</ol>
<p>Rise to excellence in a least one area.</p>
<p>Lets take a look at the inspirational leader.<span id="more-180"></span></p>
<p><strong>The Inspirational Leader</strong>:<br />
Dick Vermeil was an inspiration coach for the St. Louis Rams. He took a 3-13 record, the worst in the league, to a NFC Superbowl Championship in three years. His message was loud and clear, “We will be world champions in three years.”</p>
<p>Dick Vermeil was a great motivator. He kept the team and each player focused on a future dream regardless of how poorly they were doing day by day. He gave his team a mission, a destiny that brought out the best in each player. Although each person played a particular position or role on the team, there was only one unifying goal, “World Champions in three years.”</p>
<p><strong>Bottom Line</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>One or more of the partners has to be the “voice” of the inspiration, guiding the team to fulfill a big mission.</li>
<li>This “voice” speaks to the heart and emotions of the team.</li>
<li>One way to not get caught up in petty complaints and problems is to give the team a really big challenge to live into, a future that inspires everyone to take action.</li>
